Modelling and simulation of energy consumption of Mashattan Residence Complex, Istanbul was conducted. Design Builder was used for the prediction of energy consumption. In addition to the energy consumption study, comfort and discomfort conditions of the selected block (Building 17) in Mashattan Residence Complex were examined. Comfort conditions were provided for April, May and October while discomfort conditions occurred during the rest of the months of the year. Cooling requirement reached its maximum level in May, June, July, August, and September. Cooling and lighting energy consumption of the building found higher than the heating energy consumption.
